PM Modi failed on many fronts but succeed in ensuring relatively less corrupt governance.
Because for many, the field level Central Govt employees like the Enforcement Officer of EPFO is the indicator. He still uses loopholes in the PF Act and Judgments and demands bribe. So, for a common man, the corruption at the higher level does not matter but it matters to get services from Regional Transport Authority (RTA). I had completed all the formalities on 20th October, 2018 for registering my new vehicle paid bribes too through the agent suggested by Varun Motors. I paid the road tax of Rs. 95,160/- to drive on roads that are badly damaged and blocked by spine breaking speed breakers. The road and the office of RTA, Kukatpally, Hyderabad is a classic case of collecting road Tax for providing bad roads. I got the RC yesterday due to lack of stationery!
KCR and KTR would not bother about this. PM of India is clueless of this though the GoI promised to make RTA work process transparent and make vehicle dealers accountable to issue RC. So Modi at central level and KCR and KTR at state level failed to change this corrupt system. May be at state level RTA is the cash cow (for whom? is an easy guess, I suppose!)
All the current systems of governance were designed and sustained by Congress in such a manner they give ample scope for corruption by using IT and ITES in a minimal manner. What BJP did is not substantial as corruption in Central and State Govt offices is as rampant as it was during Congress rule.
Thanks to KCR for having no Cabinet as at though it was more than a month to win the assembly elections in Telangana, even the GHMC staff stopped working. A road widening work was taken up 2 months ago for a small stretch of 200 meters and it is yet to be completed. Meanwhile many potholes got created making the journey a threat to the spine.

Yes I have been hearing since 1970 Indira Gandhi’s time Poverty alleviation and 20 Point Program etc. but none of them eradicated the poverty, filth and ill health from the society during the Congress or UPA rule lead by Italian lady.
Congress took away Karnataka, Rajasthan, MP and Chhattisgarh from BJP only with the promises that do not include eradication of corruption. Voters do not even remember this but they remember the freebies being promised. Majority of the voters are rural people, lower middle class in urban areas who can not resist taking money for vote and agree to attend party meetings for money, food and intoxication. This is the vote bank for Congress and it has successfully intoxicated this vote bank since decades.This vote bank fail to understand since independence the simple logic that when a politician wants to serve people, why should he/she bribe a voter?
Now Congress with 4 states in its fold started indulging more creatively in raising black money to fund the LS Elections coming up in few months’ time. Since Rahul Gandhi failed to get married and produce children the kids of Priyanka Gandhi are going to be the future Prime Ministers of India – this is what I heard in social media. In Congress none should become PM other than the Family Members. The only exception is P.V. Narasimha Rao. One may ask why not Dr. Manmohan Singh? According to me Dr. Manmohan Singh is not an exception for well known reasons.
Congress intentionally did not replicate the Amul Model as it was encouraged by none other than Lal Bahadur Shastry and poses a threat to make the Indian farmer powerful. It kept many villages in darkness, did not build roads to connect villages, towns and cities. Many truck drivers died and broke their spines in Congress rule. It was Vajpayee who started building national highways. There is no word about removing open defecation during Congress rule because Congress wants India to remain uncivilized, unhygienic and shameful so that it can intoxicate the vote bank and get votes election after election.
How many Main Stream Media houses support Modi today? This is a clear indicator that many critical agencies starting from Judicial System of this country, are intoxicated by Congress. If we vote for Congress again in LS-2019 we are doomed.
Congress is none other than the agency employed by Kali Purusha. Once thriving public undertakings such as HMT, IDPL are the classic cases of how an institution can be built and destroyed by a corrupt political leadership like that of Indian National Congress.
Congress only wants:
- Power and money for Fake Gandhi Family.
- Protection of vote bank at any cost.
- Leverage education system to make generations believe that Congress is the only party that can work for the Nation.
- Sustaining the corrupt governing systems.
- Continuation of problems in the public life
- Only cosmetic changes but no permanent solutions.
Its time for the voters to be know these facts before voting for Congress.
